Regenerative viticulture is more than a method – it’s a philosophy rooted in deep respect for the land. A philosophy that aligns closely with our own. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the heart of this approach lies a simple but powerful idea: when we care for the soil, we restore the balance of the entire ecosystem. Healthy soil gives life above and below the ground – it nurtures vines, supports biodiversity, and strengthens resilience against climate challenges. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, all our vineyards, both in Drama and Attica, are officially certified by the Regenerative Viticulture Foundation, and we are proud members of a global community committed to restoring the vitality of agricultural landscapes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through practices like cover cropping, composting, and encouraging natural biodiversity, our vineyard becomes a living, breathing ecosystem. The soil grows richer. The vines grow stronger. And the fruit they bear carries the unmistakable imprint of place – full of minerality and nuance that only healthy, site-specific soil can deliver. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Regenerative agriculture also holds promise far beyond the vineyard. By capturing carbon in the soil and reducing atmospheric CO\u2082, it\u2019s one of the most hopeful paths we have to help reverse climate change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s a slower, more mindful path – but one that leads to deeper expression in the grapes and a truer reflection of the terroir in every bottle. Our commitment to sustainability is not static – it\u2019s evolving. With every harvest, we grow our knowledge. In the heart of Northern Greece, the vineyards of Drama unfold across gently sloping hills, surrounded by vegetation and protected natural areas. Just a breath away from Natura 2000 zones such as Mounts Falakro, Menoikio and Orvilos, our vines coexist with an extraordinary variety of native flora and fauna – from wild orchids and medicinal herbs to foxes, hawks, and golden eagles. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Natural hedgerows, wooded patches, and riparian ecosystems are preserved, allowing biodiversity to flourish. We nurture spontaneous vegetation between rows and limit interventions to protect delicate habitats. Just outside Athens, along the tranquil shores of Lake Marathon, our organic vineyards thrive in one of Attica\u2019s most scenic and unspoiled landscapes. This protected area, rich in biodiversity, blends history, natural beauty, and a legacy of cultivation, from ancient olive groves to evergreen forested slopes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

While our winery is located in Kapandriti, surrounded by dense trees and lush greenery, the heart of our work beats in the lakeside vineyards. Here, cool breezes off the water and the unique microclimate shape wines of exceptional character.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We farm with care and respect, encouraging natural cover crops, supporting native species, and working in harmony with the land\u2019s natural rhythm.
